Musical Theater is a class for students to get introduced to performance that incorporates
acting, singing, and dance. Students in this class will learn the different elements of musical theater and begin to put together numbers from some of our favorite Broadway shows. This class will Incorporate different styles of dance combined with solo and ensemble signing. No student will be forced to sing a solo, but there may be opportunities for interested students to audition for a solo dance or signing part within each piece they learn. Students will begin to learn theatricality and grow their ensemble skills. Musical Theater class will perform their pieces during the Winter and Spring showcase.
