Join this active and vibrant group! The Players Follies is a 50+ free performance troupe. This troupe is an outlet for performers to gain camaraderie, support, and express themselves theatrically. This theatrical troupe studies all forms of performing arts from improvisation to vocal, dance, and musical theatre! Under the direction of trained professionals, The Players Follies will present a full-length dinner show in the spring of 2023. Patrons can also purchase tickets to watch the show from home.
About the Show
Pounding hoofs! Clouds of dust! It’s the Pony Express! The Widow Mentary and her daughter, Ella, operate the relay station in Carson City, Nevada. Ella loves stalwart cowpoke, Ned Sterling. He wants to ride for the Pony Express, even if he must risk death and diet. Alas, things take a mysterious turn when a stagecoach rumbles into town. Join us for this high-stakes romp with pre-show live music, variety acts, and BBQ dinner theatre!
This production group culminates into a fully-staged event in Spring 2023.
