EXCHANGE POLICY
The Players has a policy of no refunds on ticket purchases, however, we are pleased to continue our liberal exchange policies. If your schedule changes, simply return your tickets to the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the performance date on your tickets and we will exchange them for any other Players Musical Theatre Series production through the end of the current season. When exchanging tickets, please realize that seating availability for other performances may be limited. In cases of illness and personal emergency, we are happy to give you a credit for a tax-deductible gift to the Players and try to resell your tickets. Again, if possible, please notify our Box Office 24 hours in advance.
SEASON SUBSCRIBERS LOST TICKETS
We try to keep careful records of our season subscribers seating. If you misplace your tickets, we can issue replacement tickets; however, a $5.00 replacement fee will be charged. We may not have records of single ticket purchases, and cannot offer this benefit to all patrons.
